Praveen demonstrated excellent program management skills, worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure seamless transformation of M-Pesa platform. Praveen also took ownership of the project’s technical requirements, collaborated with the technical team’s to ensure a smooth deployment. Certificate of appreciation from Director-Technology, Vodafone for the successful integration of M-Pesa (Mobile Money Transfer) platform with Security Network Operating Center (SNOC) for predictive application performance monitoring (APM), resulting in a significant improvement in the platform’s overall transaction success rate. With the implementation of this APM solution, the transaction failure rate has been reduced to less than 0.05%, and the proactively generated alerts have increased the transaction success rate to 99.9%. This achievement was a result of the dedicated efforts of the team under Praveen’s leadership, who worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless integration of the M-Pesa platform with SNOC. Praveen’s technical expertise and excellent project management skills ensured timely delivery and successful deployment of the APM solution, which greatly contributed to the success of the M-Pesa platform.

Management Trainee !

Praveen, as a Management Trainee, demonstrated exceptional management skills by quickly understanding the dynamics of the Indian telecom industry within a span of  3 months. He successfully executed his sales and marketing project and introduced a new product offering for students in Mumbai through the Vodafone Campus Business project. Praveen conducted extensive field surveys and interacted with customers face to face to gather their requirements and developed a new prepaid recharge product offering for students. The project was a big hit and was appreciated by Vodafone India’s Mumbai Business Head. Praveen’s dedication and commitment to understanding the customer needs and developing prepaid offering  was instrumental in the success of the Vodafone Campus Business project. His work ethic, effective communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders set him apart and make him a valuable asset to any organization.
