As a Director, responsible to partner with Senior Executives (CXO’s, VP’s, and Sr. Director’s) to drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process transformation. Design, develop, and deploy the Innovation Global Design Model (GDM) across all Honeywell businesses. Enable advanced business performance analytics for improved decision making and drive organic growth.
As a Senior Manager, responsible to partner with Senior Executives (CXO’s, VP’s, and Sr. Director’s) to develop, and drive the implementation of Digital IT strategy and roadmap for Engineering domain, and ensure that the investments and benefit value (Annual Operating Plan) are aligned with the business strategic priorities, objectives, and drive sustainable growth.
As a Manager, led the planning and execution of IT initiatives for the Engineering function, ensured alignment with business objectives and the IT strategy. In this role I managed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), drove the demand management of IT ideas and projects, and carried out various IT initiatives to increase IT efficiency and reduce costs.
As a HTS IT Business Partner, I was responsible for identifying and prioritizing IT initiatives, developed business cases, and led the delivery of IT solutions to meet the business needs of HTS. In this role I was the primary interface between the IT organization and the HTS business units and worked closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and provided guidance and advice on how technology can be leveraged to drive business value.
As a Techno Functional Leader, I was responsible for driving the India Partner Connect Program. In this role, I worked closely with India business leaders to gather the business requirements and developed functional specifications for developing IT solutions. I partnered with technology teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
As a Deputy Manager, I was responsible for managing the Vodafone M-Pesa (Mobile Money Transfer) Digital Transformation program’s operational readiness. In this role, I led the integration of M-Pesa platform with SNOC (Security Network Operating Center) for predictive application performance monitoring. I was instrumental in defining the operations performance KPIs and effectively managed the M-Pesa platform availability.
As an Assistant Manager, I was responsible for managing the Vodafone Corporate and Circle IT engagement program. I also managed the IT CSAT initiative and delivered high-quality IT services that exceed customer expectations.
